Opened in 1981, this 3-storey shopping center located south west of Münich, has been since twice extended (in 1989 and 1993). It was totally renovated in 2000. In 2011, Rreef sold it for 415 M € to TIAA-CREF pension fund. In 2013, TIAA-CREF and CNP Assurances form a joint-venture to co-invest in PEP, along with Erlangen Arcaden and Gropius Passagen. A new 7.900 sqm extension was inaugurated in May 2018 accomodating the first Primark store in Bavaria.
