A high-end shopping arcade located on Theatiner strasse. Several national and international fashion brands are located there (Emporio Armani, Zegna, Max Mara... but also Zara and Marc'O Polo) Extension completed in March 2003 : 20000 m2, some 30 shops (among them, a "gourmet market" and the first Dolce & Gabbana shop in Germany) and a parking lot. Hypo Vereinsbank sold it to DIFA (now Union Investment) for about 300 M.Euros.
