- Picadilly Basin is a mix-use urban development adjacent to the Picadilly station and spanning 5.2 hectares. The scheme includes several retail developments. Urban Exchange is a 11.500 sqm former Ilva warehouse situated just opposite the Central Retail Park. It now accomodates 5 MS including Aldi (1.580 sqm), Go Outdoors (5.100 sqm) and Marks & Spencer (1.810 sqm - opening August 2011).
