Ikea Clermont Ferrand

Ikea Centres is planning the development of a shopping hub to be anchored by an Ikea megastore in the north-eastern outskirts of Clermont Ferrand, on a 30 hectare land plot at the crossroads of A71 and A710 highways (Gavranches). The Ikea store (24.000 sqm) opened in 2014 and will be completed by a 22.500 sqm retail park with 5 MS including a 14.550 sqm Leroy Merlin (transfer/extension of the store located in Le Brezet). Project approved by local authorities in January 2013 but rejected by national authorities in August 2013. This decision was confirmed by the Conseil d'Etat end 2014, freezing the project of extension by now.
Ikea Centres projete le développement d'un pôle commercial autour d'un magasin Ikea, au nord est de Clermont Ferrand, sur un site de 30 hectares au croisement de la A71 et de la A710 (site de Gavranches). Le magasin Ikea (24.000 m2) a ouvert en 2014 et devrait être ensuite complété par un retail park de 22.500 m2 avec 5 MS dont un Leroy Merlin de 14.550 m2 (transfert/extension du magasin du Brezet). Projet approuvé par la CDAC en janvier 2013, mais rejeté par la CNAC en août 2013. Le recours contre la décision de la CNAC a été rejetée par le Conseil d'Etat fin 2014, gelant le projet d'extension.
