A two storey shopping centre situated east of the city along the inner ring road. The Fashion Arena Outlet is situated just opposite to it. It is anchored by an Albert (formerly Interspar) hypermarket, a Asko superstore (furniture) and a Obi unit located right next the shopping arcade. Europark was extended in 2008. In 2019, DBK acquired a majority stake in Europark from SES.
