Metropole Zlicin

A shopping centre dedicated to fashion. Many international fashion brands or chains are present. The second phase, opened spring 2004, added another 22.000 m2. It accomodates a new main anchor : a 7.000 m2 Albert (ex Interspar) hypermarket, as well as new international brands like Deichmann. It is located next to the Ikea Avion Shopping Park and Globus Zlicin shopping centre, in one of the largest shopping hubs of the conurbation. Commerz Real acquired it in 2004 for about 92 M€. Unibail Rodamco acquired a 50% stake from Commerz Real (which owns the remaining 50% stake) in 2017.
