It is well accessible by public transport (several bus and tram lines service it). The future underground line D will have a stop directly connected to Novy Zizkov. Its closest competitor will be Palac Flora. 54.000 sqm of offices, 27.000 sqm of residential area, an hotel as well as a public park are also included in the scheme.
