Noma is a large mixed-use regeneration project (8 hectares) situated north of Manchester, just opposite the Victoria Station and close to the Arndale centre. It will create a new neighbourhood including offices (46.500 sqm), residential (92.000 sqm) and some 28.000 sqm of retail. It will be developed in different phases. First phase was the building of the new head office of The Co-Operative Group, the co-developer of the scheme with Hermes Real Estate.
