- Shopping centre situated in the southern edge of Budapest. It is anchored by a 14.000 sqm Auchan hypermarket. It is completed by a retail park which accomodates Obi (which replaced Brico Store in 2013), Decathlon, Electro World... as well as the Buy-Way Soroksar outlet centre. The shopping centre is currently under expansion to accomodate some 22 new shops. The retail park is also under development to reach 100,000 sqm including an Ikea store, Opening scheduled in 2018.
