- Shopping centre situated some 20 km north of Warsaw, in Wolomin. The 10 h plot close to the main train station of the city accomodate a 23.500 sqm shopping centre (anchored by a 5.800 sqm hypermarket, and a 4-screen Helios cinema) and a 6.600 retail park. In August 2015 Fulcrum sold the project to the joint venture between Rockcastle Global Real Estate Group Limited and Acteeum Group.
