- Forum Schwanthalerhöhe is the project of redevelopment of a former XXXLutz megastore and a local shopping centre by HBB and Bayerischen Hausbau in the Theresenwiese area. Smyths, Decathlon (1.500 sqm), Edeka, H&M are some of the tenants. It opened in two phases : spring 2018 for the renovated local shopping centre (Bayerischen Hausbau) and complete opening of the scheme June 2019.
