ZAC Fernay Voltaire

Project of mixed-use development situated on a 65 hectare area, close to the France-Switwerland border and in the vicinity of the Geneva airport. It will include a 45.000 sqm shopping local. Terrinov, a local public company launched a competition to create the "shopping centre of the future". Altarea Cogedim won this competition in 2017. The project will accomodate a large choice of entertainment and leisure activities (including a multiplex cinema but also a new branch of the Pompidou Museum) but no food anchor as a Carrefour hypermarket is already present in the area.
