A three-storey shopping centre located north-west of Bilbao, by the A8 expressway. It was extended in July 2002 and has been completed by 2005 by the Ikea Megapark. In 2016, Eroski and Topland sold Max Center to Invesco along with 10 other retail assets. It was then acquired end 2018 by Sonae, CBRE and Peter Korbacka. A complete remodelling of Max Center is under way.
