Shopping centre located by the A8 expressway. It was expanded in 1993 and 2002 and is completed by several medium-sized stores like Toys 'R' Us and Forum Sport. The former 8-screen cinema was closed to permit the development of a new extension (12.000 sqm for some 50 new shops).But the authorizations were canceled by the (new) Basauri municipality in 2012 . Eroski sold the shopping centre to ING (now CBRE Investors) for about 50 M € in June 2010. CBRE Investors sold Bilbondo to Lasalle Investment for just under 60 M € end 2015.
