Located downtown Nice, on the Avenue Jean Medecin, Nicétoile together with Cap 3000 are some of the best shopping centres in the south of France. One of his former main anchors, Fnac, left it for another building on the Avenue Jean Medecin (transfer/extension) end of 2004. The shopping centre has been then refurbished and extended (1150 sqm) to accomodate new retail chains like Nature et Découverte, Loisirs & Création... (inaugurated in september 2005). Unibail sold Nice Etoile to Allianz (90%) and Hammerson (10%) for 312 M € end 2014.

Cependant, l'une de ses anciennes locomotives, la Fnac, l'a quitté pour un autre emplacement sur l'avenue Jean Medecin (transfert/extension) fin 2004. Le centre commercial a donc fait l'objet d'une restructuration/ extension (1150 m2) pour accueillir de nouvelles enseignes telles que Nature et Découverte, Loisirs & Création... (ouverture septembre 2005). Unibail a cédé Nice Etoile à Allianz (90%) et Hammerson (10%) pour 312 M € fin 2014.
