Located to the south of St. Petersburg, the Balkaniya project is ideally positioned close to metro and Kupchino train stations where there are more than 130,000 people in transit every day. The first phase of construction ended in 2006 and includes such retail brands as ‘Domovoj,’ ‘Mr. Video,' 'Lukomor'je' and other clothing, footwear and accessories retailers. The second phase, covering 67,600 m² will feature a new brand gallery, a multiplex cinema, theme parks, and a skating rink. This project should be completed by March/April 2013.
