This project is located on the northern section of St. Petersburg and will house an oceanarium, a shopping mall, a multiplex cinema, an ice rink, an amusement park and restaurants. The rapid development of new apartments in the area around this shopping centre will step up footfall levels in the mall. The second phase of construction will be completed between 2013 and 2015.
