Adamant Management Company plans to build the third Continent shopping mall center in Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg. The first two malls, opened in 2006 and 2007, have become very popular among residents of Primorsky and Kirovsky Districts. The first section of the mall, 40,000 square meters in area, has already been completed. It houses Prisma Grocery Supermarket, and a B class office center (21,250 square meters in area). The mall also includes a parking lot for 350 cars. AktivSport-2, a new center of sport and active lifestyle products opened its doors on the first floor of the mall in September 2010. The new center continues the successful tradition of AktivSport Project, which had first opened in Primorsky District in 2006 (in Merkuriy shopping mall). The second wing of the mall will house clothing, footwear and accessories shops of famous brands, an entertainment center, a multi-screen cinema, an amusement park, a skating rink, and a curling field. The building will be located in the city block bordered by Moskovskoe Shosse, Dunayskiy Prospekt, Ulitsa Lensoveta and Ulitsa Zvezdnaya, across from Zvezdnaya Metro Station. Public transport terminals near the mall allow easy access to Tosno, Pushkin, Kolpino, and Shushary that guarantees a stable flow of shoppers.
