Palma Springs

This project, originally developed by Parque Aqua Magica (Riofisa and local investors) is now managed by Unibail-Rodamco. It is a part of the urban scheme to renovate the district of Playa de Palma. It includes retail, entertainment and restaurants. It will be anchored by an hypermarket, a 12-screen multiplex cinema and national and international fashion brands. It is situated just next to the Palma Aquarium. The whole project "Plan Renove" aims to develop the touristic attraction of the site, all year long. Investment : 225 M€.
