Yuzhnaya Galereya (South Gallery)

Yuzhnaya Galereya (YUG) is situated in Simferopol, capital city of Crimea. The primarely catchment area has a population 250 000 inhabitants and it covers the centre and all areas north of the centre in the west, north and east of Simferopol. It is located on the on biggest highway of the city, which has strong touristic traffic and already became shopping destination for villages around. The first phase (13.000 sqm) was completed in 2008 and is anchored by Jysk and Comfy. Second phase (26.500 sqm) will accomodate a shopping arcade anchored by a 10.000 sqm Auchan hypermarket completed by a food court, a multiplex cinema and entertainment zones.
